Returns and Exchange Policy
Due to concerns about hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 416-789-4185 or email@example.com with details of the product, your order number and a description of the defect.
If the issue is regarding a manufacture defect we will fully look into the matter it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect through The Moving Store or the manufacturer.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
